Poems in memory of a mobster
Castles of ash – frozen heroes
Diaspora of my words: syllables have flown in the wind
Hotels catapulted on the cheek of the night
Highways haunted by speed, rockets,
Shadows without a past, demons repudiated by hell
Anonymous birds piercing the veil of time
The disembodied cities drape themselves like ghosts
Between the solitary towers of buildings?
The base ball is won in sweat, under the rain,
40° of contagious enthusiasm,
Love is a desert crossing without the sand,
Airport solitudes, detoxed love
Slabs overwhelmed by heat,
Polluted, faded, cracked flowers,
And the trees oxidize the concrete
